50km north of Nha Trang, 85 Km from Cam Ranh airport, near DocLet beach. You could reach there by taxi, car or motorcycle. An immense field of salt runs along beside the street. The house is located on the shore at the end of a village road of Doc Let Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Viet Nam, with the peaceful and gently waves, Ki-em Art House Resort covers an area of 10.000m2 garden.

-All rates are in US$ per room per night, including breakfast, lunch & dinner & 5% service charges. 10% VAT
-Free of charge for children under 3 years old, half price for children from 4-12 years olds.
-Extra meals shall be charged US$ 15 net for lunch or dinner.
-Supplement charge for X’s Mas ( 24/12 ) & New Year ( 31/12 ): US$ 50/ adult; US$ 30/ child.
-Check-in time is 13:00 or sooner, Check-out time is 12:00.
